For a big board or hoarding, you must use an 8 kg ms pipe that lasts longer and costs Rs. 60/- running ft. It’s a heavy-duty to add board frame flex as it may have the capacity to face heavy storms.

What about the flex banner material is made up of ?

Usually, a flex media is made up of plastic in two layers, front coated and back not coated. You may get it in the form of:-
  • Wide range of a Roll of 3′, 4′,5′,6′.7′,8′,9′,10′ and length up to 50 meter a roll.
  • The base of the flex banner in the form of plastic fiber in a checkbox form.
  • The upper layer fiberless and highly polyester coated which makes the content print digitally and visible according to the quality, the coating is applied on.

If the Flex banner is in the direct contact of sunlight or heat then banner will fade sooner.

i) Normal Front-Lit Flex Banner Media

This media is very thin and low coated when it is printed through inkjet solvent printing, low volume ink observes media, ultimately print produce low quality, as my suggestion print only text-based print, avoid info-graphics, this media comes in a 170 gsm thickness.

Where we can use normal front lit flex banner media ?

Well, according to my concern it is mostly used in outdoor for 2-3 day display as in rally, political campaign, festival, etc. where quality doesn’t matter much. Use image free, solid background content for a better result. Overall front lit flex media starts from Rs 12-15- per square ft, also it depends on the quantity of your order.

ii) Star Front-Lit Flex Banner Media

Star media front-lit comes in 220 gsm thickness and high coated, ultimately the end of printing we get an amazing result, the ink comes with high density so that you can print images and info-graphic text.

Where we can use Front-Lit Star Flex Banner Media ?

Well, according to my concern it is mostly used outdoor for the long term and where quality matters such as  Flex Board for Shop, Product Image Base Display, Indoor Branding, Exhibition Banner, Seminar Backdrop.

How to install Front-Lit Flex Banner ?

  • To install flex banner you need to keep eyelet on each corner that makes it easy to hang on the road or from the building, etc.
  • Get a flex banner and attach it with a wooden frame and fix it in the required place.
  • A well-arranged flex banner is fixed on MS banner with the help of the bond.

Back-Lit Flex Media

i) Normal Flex Back-Lit Media

These flex media are used for making a light board, the quality of this flex is from which light could pass through to print content. This media thickness comes from 250 gsm onward that makes a print with high quality and allows the light to pass.
All back-lit media is used for advertising on Glow Sign Board.

ii) Star Flex Back Lit Media

Its made up of very good quality as it comes with 300 gsm with high quality for the light to transfer and also has a great image print quality and long-lasting color, because of it’s high coat Star Flex Back-Lit Media spread out light equally on light board, you can print any kind of image and text because result will be oriented.
It requires Glow Sign Board as it runs for a long duration.

The printability of this media is Canvas and Vinyl Banner. Canvas media is made up of cotton, printing quality looks like paintings.
